Job Summary:

Looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, expertise in CRM management, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build relationships, drive sales, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, generate, and convert leads into business opportunities and long-term customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain and manage customer relationships using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
• Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and lead management tools.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the sustainable energy, battery, or technology sector.
• Knowledge of eco-friendly and renewable energy solutions is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sustainability, energy, or technology-based industries.
• Familiarity with pricing strategies and market expansion techniques.
