Pixii AS is seeking a Business Development Sales Engineer in Belrose, NSW, to drive sales of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The role involves identifying and closing deals with clients in various markets, providing customer support, and managing the sales cycle. At Pixii, we're at the forefront of innovation in mid-scale 'On' and 'Off' grid Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). As we continue to expand, we're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Engineer to help us take our BESS solutions to new heights in the C&I, DNSP, and OEM markets.
The Role:
In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with our local managing director and take charge of identifying, developing, and closing deals with both new and existing clients across various market segments, including C&I Solar, Distribution Network Operators, EV charging EPCs, and more. Your success will be fueled by your industry expertise, consultative approach, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Becoming familiar with Pixii's products, understanding their topology, functionality, and benefits, will empower you to confidently win new business. The ideal candidate for this role will likely possess electrical trade or degree qualifications, a deep understanding of the BESS market, prior experience in the renewables industry, and a fervent commitment to clean energy
Responsibilities
• Provide dedicated support to our existing customers
• Identify and engage with prospective clients
• Maintain comprehensive customer records, opportunities, and leads in our CRM
• Craft customer proposals and quotations with precision
• Deliver compelling sales presentations that captivate your audience
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to successful delivery
Experience and Qualifications:
• Background in electrical trade, electrical engineering, or communications engineering
• Proficiency in understanding the applications, opportunities, and functional requirements of BESS solutions within our target markets
• A proven track record in sales related to Renewable Technology
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Self-motivated and driven by a passion for success
• A naturally supportive, helpful, and problem-solving mindset
