Business Development Manager Environmental Services

VRSamadhan is seeking a Business Development Manager for Environmental Services in Navi Mumbai. The role involves supporting company directors by creating marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and producing marketing materials. The candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in business development within the real estate and infrastructure sectors and possess relevant qualifications. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai.
Job Description

Providing support to the Company Directors, The person shall: Create an effective plan to improve marketing and build the business. The marketing plan would include formulation of business strategies and implementation schedules. Drive new business presentations in line with the company’s strategy. Provide a broad range of marketing & communication support to the Environmental Consulting and Engineering verticals of the company Produce marketing materials for the company – credentials’ presentation, press releases, project case studies. Manage existing relations with existing clients Build new relationships with potential clients. Attend events and conferences, research new events to attend and organise internal and external company events. Drive new avenues for marketing the company projects, present case studies, obtain client testimonials, write blogs, etc. Work closely with directors and Technical team. Pre-requisite: Must have knowledge of Real estate and Infrastructure market of Mumbai/India Min 4-5 years experience of Business Development in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure Market Qualification : Any relevant Graduation/Postgraduate degree/MBA etc.
