Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. This pivotal role involves developing new business opportunities, enhancing client relationships, and strategically expanding our presence in the sustainable construction sector. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to increase market share and drive growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, aligning with BuiltX SDC's mission and values.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead the negotiation and closure of contracts, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing to create compelling proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Represent BuiltX SDC at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings.
• Work closely with project management and other internal teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and project execution.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the construction, real estate, or non-profit sector.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
