Job Overview:

As the BDM for Public Sector Singapore, you will lead Singapore’s public sector towards achieving net-zero emissions by deploying Univers’ EnOS Cloud, ARK RM (Energy Management System), and Carbon Management Systems (CMS). Aligned with Singapore’s Green Plan 2030 and the goal to reach net-zero emissions by 2050, you will oversee the successful execution of sustainable public sector projects, including smart city developments and green public buildings.

In collaboration with government agencies and private sector partners, you will drive public-private partnerships (PPP) and lead government tender processes to introduce innovative sustainability solutions. With expertise in GHG Protocol, CDP reporting, and carbon management frameworks, you will ensure that Univers' products meet both regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sustainability & Energy Efficiency Leadership: Lead the deployment of Univers' EnOS Cloud, a leading AIoT-powered platform, alongside ARK RM (Energy Management System) to optimize energy efficiency across public infrastructure, contributing to Singapore’s net-zero mission.
• Public-Private Partnerships (PPP): Build strong partnerships with government agencies, municipalities, and private sector stakeholders to implement green public infrastructure projects that reduce carbon emissions and enhance sustainability.
• Tender & Proposal Management: Spearhead bids for government tenders, ensuring that Univers' EnOS Cloud and ARK RM are positioned as core solutions in Singapore’s public sector sustainability transformation. Provide sustainability proposals that emphasize carbon reduction, energy optimization, and regulatory compliance.
• Carbon & Energy Compliance: Ensure that all public sector projects adhere to GHG Protocol, CDP reporting, and local sustainability regulations. Guide the implementation of energy management systems that meet both operational goals and carbon reduction targets.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with government officials, urban planners, and regulatory bodies to champion the adoption of EnOS Cloud and ARK RM for public sector sustainability projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in public sector sustainability, with a focus on green infrastructure, government tenders, and smart city projects. Proven success in managing public-private partnerships and collaborating with government agencies.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and public sector teams to deploy sustainability solutions aligned with Singapore’s Green Plan 2030 and net-zero targets.

Technical Knowledge:
• Comprehensive Expertise in Energy Management Systems: Proficient in implementing and managing energy monitoring systems that ensure real-time visibility and control over energy usage, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency and sustainability goals.
• IoT Platforms for Smart Infrastructure: Skilled in deploying IoT platforms to facilitate real-time data collection, monitoring, and automation, driving connectivity across smart infrastructure and enabling precise control of energy resources.
• Cloud and Edge Computing Solutions: Deep experience with cloud-based platforms and edge computing solutions to enable scalable, flexible infrastructure for energy management, ensuring that data is processed efficiently at both central and localized levels.
• Smart HVAC and Building Automation: Expertise in smart HVAC optimization, utilizing AI-driven technologies to improve energy efficiency, optimize indoor air quality, and reduce operational costs in smart buildings and large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Predictive Maintenance & AI-Powered Analytics: Proven ability to implement predictive maintenance technologies powered by AI-driven predictive analytics, identifying potential failures before they occur and optimizing energy consumption across industrial assets and infrastructure.
• Sustainability and Regulatory Compliance: Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks and regulatory requirements such as GHG Protocol and CDP reporting, ensuring that all energy management practices comply with international sustainability standards and drive toward net-zero goals.

Preferred Experience:
• Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Singapore’s sustainability agenda, including the Green Plan 2030 and net-zero by 2050 goals. Experience in deploying smart city infrastructure and green public buildings using EnOS Cloud and other AI-driven solutions.
• Client Network: Established relationships with Singaporean government agencies and public sector entities. Experience working on large-scale green infrastructure projects involving both public and private stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field with expertise in carbon management and public sector green initiatives.
