Are you ready to drive the future of energy? Hitachi Energy is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in the Construction & Industrial Markets, with a special focus on Data Centers. This home-based role offers the chance to shape the growth strategy for our Transformer business portfolio in the US market. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, working closely with technical sales teams, application engineers, and account managers to identify new project opportunities and define winning sales strategies. How You'll Make an Impact
• Define and implement growth strategies for the Construction & Industrial Markets, focusing on Data Centers.
• Create and execute business plans aligned with Hitachi Energy's strategic goals.
• Build relationships with end customers and key stakeholders in the Data Center segment.
• Drive marketing efforts and increase market awareness of Hitachi Energy’s Transformer portfolio.
• Develop a pipeline of new project opportunities and define winning sales strategies.
• Maintain critical market intelligence and support Front-End Sales activities.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry drivers.
• Lead Capture Teams, strategic wins, and implement sales processes and tools.

Your Background
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Product Management, or Engineering.
• Preferred experience in Data Centers and the energy industry.
• Knowledge of the US Energy Market and experience with transformers or related products.
• Experience with EPC firms, General Contractors, IPPs, and Utility Scale Energy Developers.
• Technical mindset to build customer confidence and close deals.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and priority-setting skills.
