Job Description: Stellar Green Solar Solutions is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive sales and customer relationships in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers, conducting site visits, and converting leads into successful solar installations.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.
Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business growth.
Explain the benefits of solar systems and guide customers through the decision-making process.
Collaborate with the technical team for system design and proposal preparation.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and incentive programs.
Requirements: 1-2 years of field sales experience , preferably in the renewable energy sector.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to customers.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Basic understanding of solar energy systems and installation processes is a plus.
