Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT staff augmentation / IT staffing domain, with a proven ability to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong local market knowledge and the ability to execute plans that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and generate new business opportunities within the IT staff augmentation / IT staffing domain.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across enterprises, SMEs, and tech startups.
· Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT staff augmentation / IT staffing support.
· Prepare and present business proposals, RFPs, and pitch decks to potential clients.
· Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and account handover.
· Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
· Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools and report on progress to leadership.
· Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the Singapore market.
· Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of client requirements.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development within IT staff augmentation / IT staffing domain in Singapore.
· Strong network and understanding of the Singapore IT market and business culture.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
· Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
