We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive specializing in tendering. This role involves identifying opportunities, preparing bid proposals, and managing the tendering process to ensure our company secures high-value projects.

Job Description

Tender Identification:
• Research and identify bid opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to stay informed about upcoming tenders.

Proposal Preparation:
• Coordinate the preparation of high-quality tender submissions that meet all specifications and deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights for proposals.

Bid Management:
• Oversee the entire tendering process, including scheduling meetings, setting timelines, and ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Review and analyze competitors' bids and market trends to inform strategy.

Client Interaction:
• Engage with potential clients during the bid process to clarify requirements and present our value proposition. - Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to enhance future bidding opportunities.

Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of submitted bids and client feedback for analysis.
• Generate reports to track bid success rates and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or tendering in a relevant industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
