Green Mountains is seeking a motivated Business Development Assistant in Abu Dhabi to support the sales team. Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Business Development Assistant to support our sales team at Green Mountains.
About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the sales team in managing all sales-related inquiries, quotations, and contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and recording all inquiries, assigning them to the respective department, following up on quotes, creating contracts, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales operations, workflows, and processes. Proficiency in using ERP systems would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the sales team in receiving and recording all sales-related inquiries
• Assign inquiries to the respective department and follow up on quotes
• Create contracts and maintain accurate records
• Main contact person for marketing-related requirements
• Register company with prospective client procurement departments
Requirements
• Graduate with 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
• Strong knowledge of sales operations, workflows, and processes
• Proficiency in using ERP systems would be an advantage
