The Opportunity:

We have an opportunity available for a Business Development Senior Executive to join our Clients, Markets & Growth team to provide support to our NewLaw division, Ashurst Advance. This opportunity can be based out of either our Sydney or Melbourne offices.

This role is central to driving Ashurst's vision of "Outpacing Change" by transforming the delivery of legal services through innovative technology and NewLaw solutions. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and expansion the Ashurst Advance division and you will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives and pursuits to enhance the firms market presence.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be able to support on client engagement both in the market and within Ashurst and you will work globally across client facing teams, business development and marketing colleagues to support an integrated client-centric Go to Market strategy that drives growth and recognition.

About you:

The successful candidate will have;
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in business development within a law firm environment
• Strong understanding of the professional services industry and market dynamics.
• Strong commercial acumen, with developing understanding of BD economics, sales cycles, and methodologies.
• Excellent project management capabilities and proactive problem-solving abilities.
