Job Description
Smappee is seeking a Business Developer for Charging Solutions in Marseille, France. The role involves prospecting, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction to drive sales growth. Candidates should have over 2 years of sales experience in a technical field, strong communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy. The position is full-time and offers opportunities for independent work in a dynamic, fast-growing company.

We're looking for a Business Developer Charging Solutions France (Marseille) to contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth. As a Business Developer, you're responsible for the development of customers in your region.
That includes: discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
• Do you love taking the lead?
• You actively prospect in your area and present Smappee, our products and services to potential customers.
• Cold calling is no problem for you.
• You set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• You analyse costs and benefits of potential customers.
• You develop a database of leads in order to keep an overview.
• Are you target driven?
You achieve planned sales targets and outcomes within the deadline.
• Is perseverance your middle name?
“No, thanks” triggers you to turn it into a “yes”.
• Triggered by technical knowledge?
You keep your technical knowledge up to date and are aware of changes in the market and with competition.
Requirements
• You have 2 + years of sales experience in a technical environment
• You surprise us with your selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• You feel good in a flexible environment where you get the opportunity to work independently
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Entrepreneurship, proactivity, and a commercial mindset characterize you.
• You can express yourself well in French and English.
• You have a ‘green heart’ and you believe in renewable energy.
