Busways Group is hiring Casual Bus Drivers in Quebec, Canada, offering a 4-week paid training program for those with a Medium Rigid license or above. The role requires flexibility for various shifts, including weekends. Position: Bus Drivers Wanted
Do you hold a medium rigid (MR) licence or above? We offer a 4-week paid driver training program that will build on your current heavy vehicle skills and knowledge to navigate the roads as a professional Bus Driver.
About the role
We currently have multiple positions available for Casual Bus Drivers at our Windsor depot. We are looking for passionate people who enjoy driving and want to serve their community, while delivering the best experience possible to our customers.
Industry leading rates!
• $41.41 per hour Weekday (shift loadings – range from 15% - 100% depending on times of operation throughout the shift)
• $57.35 (Sat)
• $76.46 (Sun)
• $95.58 (PH)
• $18.95 attendance allowance paid daily

Hours of work
Our drivers must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, early mornings, and late nights. Many shifts are split shifts, covering peak times for school and work commutes, but some straight shifts are also available, starting at various times of the day.
All depots operate seven days a week, with Sunday and public holiday shifts being voluntary overtime.
Eligibility to apply
• A current and valid Medium Rigid or above driver’s license
• A good driving history
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical check, criminal history check, and working with children check
• Having a current NSW Driver Authority is highly desired (or willingness to obtain one)
