About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Building Science Technologist to join our team in Regina or Saskatoon. As a key member of our Building Science & Sustainability team, you will be responsible for demonstrating sound knowledge and understanding of building systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct property condition assessments and building investigations
• Develop reserve fund studies and technical reports
• Liaise with clients and contractors to deliver high-quality services
• Prepare proposals and develop business development skills

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture, or diploma in Architectural/Civil Technology
• 1-3 years of experience in related building assessments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
