Building Diagnosis and Conservation Expert

We are seeking a skilled and innovative professional specializing in building assessment with expertise in non-destructive testing (NDT), drone operations, photogrammetry, and laser scanning. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, architecture, or a related field and a passion for leveraging advanced technologies to assess and evaluate building conditions.

The successful candidate will conduct thorough building assessments using non-destructive testing methods, identify structural, material, or performance issues, and provide recommendations for remediation. They will also perform visual inspections, diagnostics, and condition surveys to evaluate asset integrity. Additionally, they will operate drones for aerial inspections and photogrammetry to capture high-resolution imagery and data, utilize laser scanning technology to create accurate 3D models of structures, and analyze and interpret data from advanced tools to generate actionable insights.

This position involves both office work and field assignments, including on-site assessments, drone operations, and laser scanning tasks. Occasional travel and extended hours may be required to meet project needs.
