Michael Page Philippines is seeking a Brand Marketing Senior Manager/Head of Brand for a leading fintech company in Pasig City. The role involves developing marketing strategies, managing branding campaigns, and overseeing resource allocation. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in business marketing, 7-12 years of marketing experience, and strong leadership skills. Job Description

1. Marketing and Communications Strategies: Develops, creates and implements a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy, communications framework, and creative direction for current and new products aligned to the overall business strategy and objective.

2. Branding: Develops, creates strategies, and leads campaigns that enhances and strengthens the identity and the brand's image across all platforms and type of media.

3. Resource Management: Manages the resources of the team including the marketing / advertising budget of the organization and efficiently allocates it to drive growth and revenue.

4. Campaigns: Strategizes campaigns ensuring timely, and relevant programs. Further, measures and analyzes campaign results and analytics and, provides insights and recommendations to optimize campaign impact and effectiveness of demand creation.

5. Benchmarks trends and audience preferences through research, competitor analysis, market study, and others to identify areas of improvement and competitive advantage.

6. Develops, collaborates and partners with external branding organizations to widen the scope of reach.

7. Works on other Branding and Marketing projects that may be assigned from time to time.

8. Ensure all materials are compliant with all advertising/communications rules and ethics

The Successful Applicant

1. Bachelor's degree in business marketing / management

2. 7-12 years of proven track record in marketing (content development, strategy development, campaign design, digital marketing, social media, etc)

3. At least 3 years of leading and managing a team.
