Position: Branch Head/Business Head - Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 10+ years

Salary: ₹10 - 20 lakhs per annum (depending on experience)

Role Overview:

As the Branch Head/Business Head for our Mumbai operations, you will lead the branch's overall strategy, growth, and profitability. Your role will involve strategic planning, business development, client relationship management, and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company's goals.

- Drive long-term growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

- Align branch operations with the company’s overall vision and objectives.

2. Business Development:

- Lead efforts to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.

- Foster relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.

- Cultivate a culture of “Less is More” and “God is in the Details” to maintain high standards of

quality and service.

3. Operational Excellence:

- Oversee all aspects of branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Implement best practices to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Manage budgets and financial performance to meet profitability targets.

4. Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing team by fostering a collaborative and innovative work

environment.

- Provide mentorship and development opportunities to team members.

- Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

5. Client Relations:

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service.

- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business development, client management, and strategic

planning within the corporate events management industry.

- Proven track record of achieving business growth and profitability.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Commitment to quality and service excellence.
