Responsibilities:
• Focus on ensuring safety measures are in place when driving tractor-trailers.
• Check the vehicle thoroughly before setting off and after arriving at your destination to ensure that it is in a safe and roadworthy condition.
• Develop streamlined delivery plans to improve operational efficiency and maintain timely deliveries.
• Adhere to guidelines for handling and packaging practices to guarantee the safe shipment of goods.
• Maintain consistent and open communication with dispatch personnel and customers during transport.
• Keep detailed records of work hours and routine vehicle maintenance.
• Comply with the safety measures mandated by the Department of Transportation (DOT) in order to secure the well-being of staff members and the products in transit
• Promptly communicate any vehicle issues, occurrences, or violations to ensure conformity with rules.

Qualifications:
• Possessing a Class A CDL for commercial driving purposes.
• Having a pristine driving background. Following DOT physical examination and drug testing protocols diligently.
• Demonstrating strong time management and task coordination expertise.
• Skilled in the secure and efficient movement of heavy and unwieldy items.
• Proficient in offering exceptional customer service and proficient at fostering enduring client relationships.
• Demonstrating a firm dedication to safety standards and following regulations closely, especially in the timely reporting of any incidents.

Experience Levels Accepted:
• CDL Trainees
• CDL School Participants
• Entry-Level Commercial Drivers
• A training plan lasting for 12 weeks, intended to expedite the learning process for individuals with different experience levels, varying between three months and five years plus

Preferred Experience:
• Ability to handle multiple trailer options, such as dry van, refrigerated, flatbed, and tanker trailers, with proficiency.
• Knowledge in coordinating multiple deliveries, interchanging transport modes, and moving cars.
• Capability in managing household goods and specialized freight.
