Lead Biogas Plant Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to lead the setup and operations of our biofuel/biogas plant. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with comprehensive knowledge of biogas plant design, installation, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plant Design & Setup:
• Lead the complete design and engineering of biofuel/biogas plant systems
• Oversee anaerobic digester plant design, sizing, and configuration
• Manage pre-treatment plant setup including feedstock preparation systems
• C Coordinate civil engineering works including foundations, structures, and utilities
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
• Technical Operations
• Optimize biogas production processes and efficiency parameters
• Monitor and control digester temperature, pH, retention time, and gas production
• Implement preventive maintenance programs for all plant equipment
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective measures
• Manage gas purification, storage, and utilization systems
• Project Management
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• C Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
• Ensure quality control throughout construction and commissioning phases
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and safety protocols
