Job Description
Your primary responsibilities will include executing successful repairs independently to meet Company standards, communicating with customers regarding the status of their bicycle repair, completing daily tasks within prescribed timelines, maintaining tools and bench area according to Company standards, and becoming familiar with Mike's Bikes' safety program.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need good communication skills and independent problem-solving skills. You must be able to lift 30 lbs overhead and 50 lbs to shoulder height, stand for extended periods at a bike repair stand, and use hand tools with repetitive motions. Additionally, you should be flexible in scheduling and able to work evenings and weekends.
