Outbound Cycle is seeking a full-time Bicycle Mechanic in West Kelowna, BC. The role involves repairing and maintaining bicycles, along with customer communication regarding services. We sell a wide range of bicycles to fit most cyclists needs from road, gravel, mountain, BMX and of course E bikes.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bicycle Mechanic at Outbound Cycle located in West Kelowna, BC. The Bicycle Mechanic will be responsible for repairing bikes, performing bicycle maintenance tasks, and communicating with customers about bike repairs and services.

Qualifications
• Bicycle Repair and Bike Repair skills
• Knowledge of Bikes and Bicycle mechanics
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Relevant certification or training in bicycle mechanics
