Job Description

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Beverage and Chemical Equipment Technician in Bowling Green, KY. Position Summary:

As a Beverage and Chemical Equipment Technician, you will manage accounts in your assigned area, providing assistance and training to ensure the proper functioning of beverage and chemical equipment. Your role involves installing and testing equipment, guiding customers in selecting the best products for their needs, and maintaining professional communication with customers, vendors, and internal personnel. You will work as a valuable team member and are always ready to assist wherever necessary.

Position Responsibilities:
• Manage and provide assistance to accounts in your geographic area.
• Ensure the proper functioning of various beverage and chemical equipment.
• Install and test different equipment as required.
• Guide customers and sales team in selecting appropriate equipment or products.
• Offer face-to-face customer service in diverse situations.
• Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Prepare service or installation schedules efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent with 6 to 12 months of experience in equipment maintenance.
