Make a Difference in the Fight Against Climate Change

Citizens Climate Lobby is working towards a goal of solving America's pollution problem through grassroots action. As a volunteer, you'll be part of a community that works together to develop and promote solutions to global warming.

The key responsibilities of this role include educating your community about climate change and legislative solutions, meeting with congressional leaders to advocate for policy change, writing letters to the editor to raise awareness and build public support, hosting film screenings and panel conversations to inspire action, and meeting with local media to share your story and expertise.
• Conduct workshops and presentations on climate change and its impacts
• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage local communities
• Participate in advocacy campaigns to push for policy changes at the local and national levels
• Collaborate with other volunteers to host events and activities that raise awareness and build support for climate action
• Help create content for social media and other communications channels to reach a wider audience
