Job Description:

1. Strategic Planning & Develop and implement state-level land acquisition strategy in alignment with organizational goals.

- Identify suitable land parcels for upcoming projects in coordination with project planning teams.

- Build and manage a strong network of local resources, consultants, and legal experts.

2. Land Acquisition & Drive end-to-end land acquisition processes including direct purchase, lease, or government allocation.

- Ensure thorough due diligence of land records, titles, and ownership documentation.

- Oversee drafting and execution of sale/lease agreements, title clearance, and registration.

3. Stakeholder Liaise with government authorities, local bodies, landowners, and communities to facilitate acquisition.

- Build strong relationships with local influencers and political stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

- Handle negotiations and conflict resolution with landowners and community members.

4. Regulatory Ensure compliance with state land laws, acquisition acts, environmental norms, and zoning regulations.

- Collaborate with legal teams to handle litigations, disputes, and due diligence reports.

- Maintain updated knowledge of changing land policies and legal frameworks.

5. Team Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing state land acquisition team.
