Associate Environmental Scientist, Contaminated Land for an Environmental Consultancy who, though founded only around 5 years ago, have seen mammoth growth since their inception.

Firm Backstory:

A very well-known (and even better connected) ex-top tier Director was sick of the red tape of the big firms but enjoyed the professional atmosphere and challenging technical work they brought in. So he decided to do it himself about 5 years ago.

And has so far been VERY successful.

The Associate Role:
• They currently have more work than they have people for (hence hiring for this position & a Junior CLM) so BD is not necessary to this role. If this is something you are interested in doing however, they are more than happy for you to.
• Landfill & petroleum focus for projects with Audit exposure.
• Technical project focus, this is a company with a strong technical expertise which clients are happy to pay premium for.
• Example projects: EHS Due Diligence, PFAS Investigation, Risk Assessments, Remediation Assessments, Landfill Construction (Geomembranes, Construction Planning, Completion Audits etc).

8+ years experience in Environmental Consulting ideal, but they are also keep to speak to anyone with 3+ years for other positions within the team.
