About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Sustainability to lead the operationalization of sustainability across its life sciences and healthcare developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving excellence in collaboration with regional and corporate technical teams, as well as developing and overseeing programs in partnership with tenants' sustainability leaders. Key responsibilities for this role include overseeing the renewable electricity strategy, reducing operational GHG emissions, and representing the organization at industry events. The role also involves leading regional reporting, managing the regional PPA, and contributing to corporate sustainability and ESG goals at the portfolio level.

Applicants for the Assistant Vice President, Sustainability position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, building design, building operations, or a related field, with at least 8 years' experience in implementing real estate energy efficiency and sustainability programs.
