Michael Page is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for Construction in Louisville, KY. The role involves supporting Project Managers, managing project documentation, and coordinating with subcontractors. Job Description
• Work side-by-side with Project Managers
• Contacting subcontractors and vedors during bid process
• Project scope of work development
• Project planning and implementation of activities
• Document management and logging including safety documentation, submittals, drawing logs, RFIs, transmittals, close out documents, meeting minutes
• Subcontractor and superintendent coordination
• Travel to job sites as required by PM and or/superintendents

The Successful Applicant
• 1-3 years' experience
• Will speak with current APMs, Project Engineers, or Field Engineers
• Degree preferred but not required
• Background in Procore or P6 preferred
• Healthcare or tilt-wall preferred, will also look at good commercial backgrounds
• This hire is not tied to a specific project
• Examples of upcoming projects: Ground-up hospitals, ground-up tilt wall buildings, hospital expansions, general commercial
