Responsibilities
• Assist in designing and developing modules that enhance the platform’s capabilities, especially in areas of finance, reporting, and data management.
• Utilize your experience in developing or customizing ERP-like modules to implement new features that align with business, compliance, and data needs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, analyse gaps, and create effective solutions that support business processes like financial reporting, compliance, and efficient data handling.
• Work with clients to understand their operational, reporting, and data integration needs, particularly in the context of ESG and regulatory compliance.
• Document user stories and business requirements, including data-related functionalities, to guide development teams in building enterprise-grade features.
• Support the product manager in shaping the product roadmap, ensuring that features addressing key enterprise needs, including data management and integration, are prioritized.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, including ESG standards and advancements in data management, to help inform the product development strategy.
• Coordinate project timelines and collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery of new features, with a focus on accurate data integration and management.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth data integration, management, and access within the platform, optimizing database queries for performance and scalability.
• Assist in user acceptance testing to verify that new modules, especially those with data components, meet the functional and business requirements.
• Support product development by using basic programming or scripting (e.g., SQL, Python) for data analysis, troubleshooting, and automation within the product lifecycle.
• Ensure data handling processes comply with regulatory standards for data privacy and security, particularly in financial and ESG-related data.

Requirements
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or CA (Article ship completed) are highly preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in ERP implementation, ideally within a Big 4 consulting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in developing or customizing software modules for enterprise clients.
• Experience with enterprise software solutions like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Familiarity with product management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Functional Consultant experience with strong knowledge of business processes and systems integration.
• Understanding of ESG and Sustainability reporting standards is a plus.
