Assistant Logistics Manager

POWER GREEN is seeking an Assistant Logistics Manager in India to oversee logistics operations, including warehouse management, transportation, and customer service. Responsibilities include optimizing the order cycle, resolving issues, supervising staff, and meeting performance targets. Candidates should have experience in logistics management, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in logistics software. A BS in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain is required. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Required Skills
Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager
Record of successful distribution and logistics management
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
Proficient in standard logistics software
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
