Lead Environmental Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Environmental Specialist to lead a team of biologists and environmental specialists in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement technical strategies to drive project oversight and ensure successful outcomes.
• Mentor and onboard new team members, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients across multiple sectors, including Energy, Transportation, and Government.
• Promote the company's brand through industry association meetings and networking events.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Ecology, Biology, Fish and Wildlife Science, or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience in environmental or biological science, with expertise in environmental construction permitting (NEPA) and proposal process management.
• Advanced knowledge of analyses, regulations, and study protocols to meet client needs.

Leadership and Management:
• Manage projects of significant value, overseeing regulatory matters and providing guidance to the team.
• Initiate and manage client relationships, serve as Client Manager, and lead Business Development Initiatives.

Communication and Collaboration:
• Routinely interact with clients, customers, government officials, contractors, and others.
• Lead project and group meetings, possess marketing and sales skills, and represent the company in a positive light.
