Job Overview
As a seasoned professional in real estate investment and asset management, you will lead the strategic oversight and growth of a diverse real estate portfolio. This role requires a visionary leader with expertise in financial modeling, deal analysis, and market research.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive asset management strategies for a diversified real estate portfolio.
- Drive operational and financial performance to maximize Net Operating Income (NOI) and asset value.
- Oversee property management teams and external service providers to ensure operational excellence.
- Evaluate and execute new investment opportunities including acquisitions, developments, and joint ventures.
- Lead real estate transactions including deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.
- Manage portfolio financials, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or Master's in Real Estate is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or MRICS are considered a strong advantage.
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in real estate investment and asset management.
- Proven track record in managing large diversified portfolios in the GCC region.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, deal analysis, and market research.
- Deep understanding of UAE property laws, real estate development processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- High ethical standards, fiduciary responsibility, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Digital savvy with a strong inclination to adopt PropTech and data-driven management practices.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
