Ashurst Reach Legal Consultant – Employment - Melbourne

Ashurst LLP is seeking a Legal Consultant specializing in Employment for a 3-month position in Melbourne. The role requires at least 6 years of experience in employment law, particularly in complex investigations and litigation. Candidates should be able to manage various stakeholders and work autonomously. The position is full-time preferred but part-time is also considered. This role is part of Ashurst's flexible legal resourcing platform, Ashurst Reach.

About You:
You have a strong employment background with
a focus on complex investigations, employment litigation and
termination of employment matters
You have the ability to influence and
simplify complex legal matters
You have experience managing complex
employment law matters in large organisations

You have the ability to manage a variety
of stakeholders

You have the ability to hit the ground
running and work closely with a fast paced team

You have the ability to work
autonomously and prioritise

You have a minimum of 6 years' experience

You have the ability to understand and
adapt to the needs of the business

You have a current practising certificate

You have the right to live and work in Australia
