Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer with 3-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design excellence, strong technical skills, and the ability to contribute to all phases of the design process. This position would be based in our Warren, NJ headquarters.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and solutions.
• Produce architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions.
• Assist with site visits, client meetings, and coordination with consultants.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas to enhance project outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Learns basic code evaluation procedure and information gathering requirements for review with supervisor.
• Supports efforts for studies and reports and assists with preparation of routine technical reports or sections of reports.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or related field
• 3-8 years of professional experience in an architectural firm
• Proficiency in Revit, Sketch-up, 3D software, Rendering software, Photoshop, and AutoCAD
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong design and visualization skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Knowledge of Navisworks
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
