Job Description
Environmental Resources Management, Inc. is hiring Archaeological Field Technicians for field surveys in Lincoln County, Idaho. This full-time, limited-term role requires a Bachelor's in Anthropology or Field Certification, along with prior archaeological experience and the ability to work outdoors. The position lasts eight weeks, with potential for extension, and involves compliance with health and safety requirements and teamwork.
ERM is hiring Archaeological Field Technicians to support survey efforts for projects located in Lincoln County, Idaho. Successful candidates will conduct archaeological field surveys. This is a full-time (40+ hours a week), limited-term field-based role for a duration of eight weeks, extendable. RESPONSIBILITIES: Visually inspecting the land surface for presence of archaeological and historic built resource. Working well with others Compliance with corporate Health and Safety requirements Performing other duties as assigned or required REQUIRED: Bachelor's in Anthropology required, unless they have obtained Field Certification from a junior college. Prior archaeological field survey experience. Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions and on varied terrain. Working knowledge of archaeological survey protocols Ability to work in the field for extended periods of time.
