Solar Energy Partners, a leader in the residential solar industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Appointment Setter to join our team. This part-time role is crucial for setting appointments for our Energy Consultants, engaging with potential customers, and contributing to our mission of delivering quality solar solutions to homeowners. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for conducting cold calls to potential customers, utilizing CRM software to manage and track customer interactions, and following up on leads to maintain strong customer relationships. You will also coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of appointments and maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions. Collaboration with the team is essential to achieve monthly appointment-setting targets, and there may be occasional travel within the Atlanta area to attend meetings or events.
