Appliance Technician

Company Description: Acme Pacific Repairs is a small business that specializes in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial food service equipment. We are a factory authorized parts and service agency for most major brands. Our services are available to users, dealers and manufacturers. We are composed of highly trained technicians, most with over 15 years of experience in the field. They are dispatched from our centrally located office in Livermore, California. All technicians are in communication with our office by cell phone. We try to respond to all service requests within 24 hours. Technicians are available on-call after hours for emergencies.

Job Description:

· Install, maintain, troubleshoot commercial Kitchen Appliances & Dishwashers.

· Must be able to read and work with schematics & technical manuals while troubleshooting & repairing appliances.

· Honest, Accountable, Punctual and committed to excellent Customer service.

· Ability to complete work orders while paying attention to details.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Must possess good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skill to ensure effective teamwork and customer relations.

· 5+ years of experience with installing & Repairing Commercial Food Service Equipment

· Excellent mechanical aptitude and sound knowledge of electrical principles

· Well versed with leading Commercial Food Service Equipment products/appliances

· Basic safety knowledge, documentation skills, familiarity with power tools, attention to detail, able to lift weight.
