Fluor is seeking a Senior Appliance Repair Technician in Manda Bay, Kenya. The role involves servicing and repairing various appliances, providing guidance to less experienced staff, performing maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The technician will also manage inventory and complete necessary paperwork. This full-time position does not require a degree and emphasizes effective communication and teamwork.

Job Description:

Services and repairs a variety of appliances and small equipment to ensure safe, effective operation

within its installed location. May provide technical or functional guidance to less experienced personnel.

Performs needed troubleshooting, adjustments, functional tests, inspections, installations, maintenance

and repairs. Safely loads and unloads equipment onto vehicles for transport to repair shop as needed.

Completes necessary paperwork, including work orders, parts requisitions, and inspection reports.

Maintains appropriate inventory of spare parts and supplies as directed by management. Ensures

compliance with all work area safety requirements at all times. Communicates effectively with customers

and team members. Effectively performs additional duties as assigned.

SUPERVISION EXERCISED:

As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with

the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.
