Role Summary
Analyst on the Sustainability Team based in West Los Angeles, CA. Hybrid schedule Monday-Wednesday in office, remote Thursday-Friday.

Responsibilities

Support corporate sustainability strategy and reporting aligned to GHG Protocol, TCFD, SB 261 and other initiatives.

Leverage internal software to engage businesses in accurate and timely sustainability reporting.

Craft sustainability communications and dashboards to internal and external stakeholders.

Provide analysis and visualization for strategy implementation using SBTi, SASB, GHG Protocol.

Advise on sustainable packaging: rPET transition, packaging LCAs and strategic sourcing.

Build relationships with internal partners to champion sustainability.

Research, interpret and communicate complex sustainability concepts in a clear manner.

Track US, California and international trends in climate change, clean energy and carbon markets, and recommend actions.

Support project implementation by aggregating data, visualizing analysis and providing takeaways.

Scout innovative climate, energy, agricultural and circular technologies to advance TWC sustainability goals.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in sustainability strategy, sustainable packaging, food and agriculture production, transportation, waste-to-value or related fields.

Exceptional analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into understandable narratives.

Strong project management, implementation and oversight capabilities.

Proven problem-solving, time management and independent decision making.

Collaborative and team-driven approach.

Humility, patience and grit to drive impact with large multi-stakeholder projects.

Some travel within California may be required.

Bachelor’s degree in data science, engineering, agriculture, energy/environment, business, environmental/public policy or related field.
