Rivel, Inc. is seeking a Sustainability & Corporate Governance Analyst, offering a fully remote or hybrid role for local candidates. The position involves assisting in ESG initiatives, creating reports, and conducting research. Candidates should have a relevant degree and experience in sustainability or governance. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist ESG consultants in advising clients on sustainability and governance initiatives, disclosures, and engagements.
• Create client presentations, reports and other deliverables.
• Research and analyze governance and ESG-related topics.
• Support the development and project management of client ESG/sustainability reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree (Degrees in finance/business, sustainability, communications, or similar fields are a plus)
• Previous internships or work experience related to sustainability, ESG, climate change, or corporate governance is a plus.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and frameworks, rating agencies, and emerging US and international regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Analytical and team player, quick learner with strong attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, organization and project management skills.
• Alignment with Rivel's core values.
The range of base compensation for this position is a minimum of $63,700 to a maximum of $68,000. Compensation for any employee in this position is adjusted based on skill, effort, responsibility, education, training, credentials, geographic location, working conditions and/or experience.
