You will collaborate with industry experts, thought leaders, and talented colleagues from diverse backgrounds.What you will be doing at Evalueserve:The candidate should have hands-on experience with Secondary/ Market research in the following areas:Global Chemicals:Knowledge of the global chemicals industry, including petrochemicals, specialty chemicals, and industrial chemicals.Supply Chain:Understanding of the supply chain for chemicals, including raw material sourcing, transportation, and distribution.Environmental Impact:Awareness of environmental regulations and sustainability practices in the chemicals industry.Agriculture Chemicals:Knowledge of various types of agricultural chemicals such as fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides.Chemical Application:Understanding of methods for applying agricultural chemicals, including spraying techniques, soil treatment, and seed treatment.Crop Protection:Familiarity with integrated pest management (IPM) practices and sustainable agriculture techniques.Other Good to Have Experience – However Not a Deal Breaker:Nature and BiodiversityNational natural capital and nature commitments - United Nations Global Biodiversity FrameworkEnvironmental SustainabilityModernization in Agriculture:Smart Agriculture, Precision Farming, Agriculture 4.0, Agriculture Analytics, etc.What we’re looking for:Ideally someone with an engineering background (in chemical engineering, agricultural engineering) with an MBA.Approx 2-3 years of experience in the secondary research/ market research for Global Chemical sector with a focus on agricultural chemicals, crop protection, or related areas.Someone who has worked on tight deadlines – Quick turnaround requests (by that we mean turnaround of hours and not days) – if you have experience with both long and short projects, that is an added advantage.Very strong communication – written and verbal.Experience in handling adhoc/unstructured client requests, providing guidance and solutions to clientsUnderstand the consulting business environment, language, and processes.Business knowledge and ability to translate them into research priorities;intrinsic understandingof creating newsletters, preparing reports etc.Disclaimer:The following job description serves as an informative reference for the tasks you may be required to perform.
