The requirements of this position involve sanitizing and disinfecting all areas within the hospital and is the main defense to prevent the spread of infections.Essential Job Functions:Cleans and disinfects rooms during patient stay and after patient is discharged.Cleans and disinfects non-patient care areas, i.e. offices, lobby areas, lounges, bathrooms and locker rooms.Interacts with patients, visitors, and associates in a friendly and efficient manner to meet customer needs.Maintains a high quality of infection control.
