This three-to-four-year development programme will provide you with the skills needed for a supervisory role in airport operations. You'll gain experience across key operational areas, ensuring seamless guest experiences and smooth airport operations.

What You'll Achieve
• Real-world experience in guest handling, check-in, boarding, and arrivals
• Safety and compliance training meeting global industry standards
• A 12-month international assignment as an Airport Operations Supervisor
• A clear career path to becoming a Duty Hub Supervisor in Abu Dhabi or an Airport Supervisor abroad

Accountabilities
• Oversee guest handling across airport touch-points, ensuring top-tier service and compliance with safety, security, and brand standards.
• Meet KPIs, ancillary revenue, and customer service targets.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations, briefings, and updates.
• Manage flight editing and special guest requirements (VIP, PRM and special categories).
• Liaise with control teams to handle disruptions, emergencies, and service recovery.
• Identify and report safety and security risks, escalating significant issues as needed.

Education & Experience
• Have a Bachelor's degree completed in the last three years
• Are UAE nationals, aged 21 or older
• Have a completion or permanent exemption certificate from UAE National Service (for males)
• Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Are ready to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
• Can wear the Etihad uniform with pride
• Are open to working at airports outside the UAE

Compensation

Phase 1

Training - 12 Months - AED 10,000 plus Benefits

Phase 2 (After successful completion of Phase 1)

On-the-job Experience - Up to 24 Months - AED 20,750 plus Benefits

Phase 3 (After successful completion of Phase 2 & subject to open positions)

Placement - Up to 36 Months - AED 25,467 plus Benefits
