Regenerative Agriculture Project Manager

This role is part of our team working on the development of environmental restoration projects. We are looking for a Regenerative Agriculture Project Manager to implement regenerative agricultural practices and collaborate with diverse teams across multiple time zones to co-create innovative solutions.

As a Regenerative Agriculture Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the design and technical aspects of agronomic project activities, ensuring alignment with regenerative agriculture practices. You will work closely with an international, multidisciplinary team of experts to develop and implement effective project strategies. Your collaboration with farmers, suppliers, and research partners locally in Western Canada will ensure that projects reflect best practices in agronomy and soil health management.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of current trends in regenerative agriculture, land management, and conservation practices. You should also have demonstrated experience working with farmers and agricultural stakeholders to implement conservation/sustainable practices. Experience analyzing data and providing technical input to support agronomic decision-making is also required. Additionally, excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and facilitate effective collaboration across diverse groups are essential for this role.
