Gpac is seeking an Agronomy Sales Consultant in Hernando, MS, for a company focused on sustainable agriculture. We are currently seeking an Agronomy Sales Consultant to join this dynamic team.

Agronomy Sales Consultant Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct on-farm consultations to develop and maintain relationships with growers and provide agronomic recommendations tailored to individual crop needs
• Educate clients on product benefits, application techniques, and best practices for crop management
• Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to provide excellent customer service and support
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors to promote products
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals by effectively managing a sales territory

Agronomy Sales Consultant Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Business, Crop Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in agronomy sales or agricultural consulting
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding personal sales goals (set your own!)
• Strong knowledge of crop nutrition, soil health, and agronomic products
• Analytical skills to assess crop needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
