Job Description
Tyson Foods is hiring an Administrative Coordinator for their Environmental department in Arkansas. The role involves data collection, analysis, report preparation, and communication with internal and external parties. Candidates should have at least 3 years of office experience, strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and excellent organizational abilities. The position requires attention to detail and the capacity to support various projects while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities: Specific duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:
• Collect and input data from various sources.
• Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and properly formatted.
• Assist in basic data analysis tasks such as generating summary statistics and visualizations.
• Prepare reports and presentations based on data findings.
• Point of contact for both internal and external inquiries.
• Provide support during the transition to new data platforms or technologies.
• Assist department in meeting requirements of the corporate data retention policy.
• Complete user permissions and location assignments in data systems as needed.
• Generate weekly reports from Alchemy, eCAT, Enablon.
• Provide user support for processes and data systems.
Experience: 3 years' experience in office setting.
Education: High School degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
Computer Skills: Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. Experience with corporate deployments (SAP, Workday) systems preferred.
Communication Skills: Must possess excellent organizational verbal and written skills and be a self-starter; professional and approachable demeanor.
Special Skills: Ability to prioritize and reprioritize well with limited amount of supervision; ability to collaborate and to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information; aptitude for general reporting and data handling.
