Job Description

Tyson Foods is seeking an Administrative Coordinator - Environmental in Springdale, AR. The role involves data collection, analysis, report preparation, and acting as a point of contact for inquiries. Candidates should have 3 years of office experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. This position does not require travel and is a first shift role with no remote work option.

Responsibilities: Specific duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:
• Collect and input data from various sources.
• Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and properly formatted.
• Assist in basic data analysis tasks such as generating summary statistics and visualizations.
• Prepare reports and presentations based on data findings.
• Point of contact for both internal and external inquiries.
• Provide support during the transition to new data platforms or technologies.
• Assist department in meeting requirements of the corporate data retention policy.
• Complete user permissions and location assignments in data systems as needed.
• Generate weekly reports from Alchemy, eCAT, Enablon.
• Provide user support for processes and data systems.

Experience: 3 years’ experience in office setting.

Education: High School degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Computer Skills: Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. Experience with corporate deployments (SAP, Workday) systems preferred.

Communication Skills: Must possess excellent organizational verbal and written skills and be a self-starter; professional and approachable demeanor.

Special Skills: Ability to prioritize and reprioritize well with limited amount of supervision; ability to collaborate and to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information; aptitude for general reporting and data handling.
