Provides administrative and technical data management to the business and media programs. Performs records management to include analyzing and managing data integrity and performing quality assurance and control. Provides effective customer service and effective communication in writing and verbally to internal and external parties. Supports program management activities. May perform a variety of high level administrative and business tasks as assigned. May assist with technical program specific tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrated skills in information and documentation management, use of Microsoft applications and other database applications. Demonstrated ability to collect, record, interpret, and manage data in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with the public, peers, and co-workers effectively and professionally. Demonstrated knowledge of business and media functions and procedures and ability to perform all duties accurately and independently. Ability to organize work in a manner that assures processing and accomplishment of priority items are completed on a schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS

Combination of education, training, or experience in project and data management. Knowledge of applicable administrative, business, and program functions.
