In this role, you will provide administrative support to Financial Advisors, focusing on client account management, record-keeping, and various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
• Collaborate with advisors and clients to obtain necessary documents for account setup.
• Process operational or administrative requests from clients, such as check requests, wire transfers, address changes, and dividend information.
• Provide quotes and account-related information to assist clients upon request.
• Compile reports and other information for advisors as needed.
• Identify potential issues requiring escalation to advisors or branch management.
Requirements
• Administrative knowledge: proficiency in office procedures, word processing, spreadsheet applications, and record management.
• Industry knowledge: basic understanding of investment products and securities regulations.
• Time management: ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and use resources efficiently.
