Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking an AWS Program Manager for its Responsible Sourcing team in Seattle, WA. We are looking for a Program Manager to join Amazon Web Services AWS Infrastructure Supply Chain and Procurement’s (AIS Supply Chain) growing Sustainability and Responsible Sourcing Team. The Program Manager will support the management, execution, and expansion of AWS’s Supplier Development Program. This highly visible role will work directly with company-level Supplier Development, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Suppliers, Leaders, Customers and external partners to improve business opportunities with suppliers. Key job responsibilities • Partner with Procurement teams to ensure supplier development and inclusion through strategic sourcing activities. • Support Sales Teams to ensure competitive advantage and contract compliance. • Create efficient mechanisms for supplier registration and correspondence. • Educate our partners and provide appropriate program documentation. • Track and report progress against corporate, category and customer goals. • Identify and establish business relationships with potential suppliers. • Communicate and design messages to increase internal awareness and engagement. • Serve as outreach liaison to internal and external organizations and partners, as required. A day in the life This role being a strategic, programmatic, and deliver results role, you will work with company-level Supplier Development, Legal, Finance, Suppliers, Sourcing Managers, partner teams, and Leaders to improve AWS's Responsible Sourcing.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
• 5+ Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• 2+ Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
