Job Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics and repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, steering/suspension, and HVAC systems
Execute scheduled maintenance services and inspections
Work efficiently to maximize flagged hours and productivity
Communicate effectively with service advisors about needed repairs and recommendations
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician
Proficiency in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
Strong understanding of electrical systems and scan tool usage Ability to flag at least 40+ hours per week consistently
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
ASE certifications are a plus, but not required

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay: Competitive hourly pay ($25-$35+ per hour) with bonuses for exceeding 46+ flagged hours per week
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (No weekends!)
